Faneshia brings nearly two decades of experience in education, with a proven track record as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, district literacy coach, assistant principal, and district ELA coordinator.

She has led and supported schools and leadership teams in strengthening literacy instruction, aligning curriculum and standards, and driving measurable improvements in student outcomes.

Her work is grounded in closing the gap between knowledge and practice—ensuring that effective instructional strategies are not just understood but consistently implemented across classrooms.
